If you grow your own fruits and vegetables or have access to them you might want to invest in a steam juicer. Basically, you add water to the bottom section, fruit or vegetables to the top section and steam the produce and their juices drain into the middle section and then you can use the drain tube to fill your jars, add lids and you are done.
The juice can be used as needed to make jams and jellies or just to drink. There are many recipes for steam juicing so you can make your own juice recipes that are ready to use.
These juicers can be purchased at Lehmans.com or other online stores. We found ours at a thrift store in Arizona for much less than new. It works great and it seems to get a good workout by our kitchen as well as neighbors kitchens.
